FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

What if I am unsure about the areas in which I need coaching?
During the initial 30-minute free consultation, we will talk about what isn’t going as well as you wish in your life. You will be given a goals assessment and prioritization worksheet. We will use this to set our specific objectives. We’ll create a plan to help you get exactly what you need from our coaching relationship.

How are the telecoaching sessions conducted?
Typically, the first part of each session is a review of what has happened since our last contact. We then discuss things you have accomplished this week, where you are stuck, what you will focus on next, how the coach can help, and conclude with specific action steps for the following week.

What do you expect from me as a client?
I expect that you will keep our appointments and call at the pre-arranged time, be open to trying new things, complete your action steps in a timely manner and be honest with me as well as yourself. I expect you to maintain focus toward achieving your goals, giving your progress maximum attention each week. (I also expect that I will receive your payment within the first five days of each month.)

What can I expect from you as a coach?
You may expect me to be fully present and attentive at each session, to listen carefully, to ask thought-provoking questions and to encourage you to step a little outside your comfort zone in order to facilitate faster growth. I will be direct and tell the truth. I will be accessible between sessions to support and encourage you.
